This course is designed to provide an introduction to new users/administrators of the ClientVantage Agentless product. Through a mix of lecture and hands-on exercises, you will learn how to effectively administrate ClientVantage Agentless. This includes setup of the AMD and report server, passive collection of data, report server configuration, report creation, notification administration, and analysis and troubleshooting using the Agentless solution.
