Learn how to manage the performance of key networked applications in ClientVantage Agentless Monitoring 101. Upon completion of this course, you will understand how to use the ClientVantage Agentless Monitoring software to measure end-user experience, identify poor performing applications, and be alerted before your end users alert you. You will also be able to create the reports demanded from the business units on the performance and availability of your company’s critical applications.

• Experience installing Microsoft WindowsTM based applications
• Conceptual understanding of n-tier environments
