This course is designed to enhance existing CICS transaction problem-solving skills using Compuware's Abend-AID for CICS product. Individual workshop time may be scheduled if needed. The course can include support for DB2 and Abend-AID for WebSphere MQ.

Prerequisites:
Attendees should have the following background for this course:
- Working knowledge of CICS programming techniques with COBOL, PL/I or Assembler languages
