Start using OptimalJ
The JavaCentral Community site has many offerings to help you use the OptimalJ product. To access these resources, you will need to be a community member. Register for free, and become a member of the JavaCentral Community.

Installation of the OptimalJ Professional Edition trial versionBefore you start installing the product, check the System Requirements and the Supported Environments.
- Before installing, you must have the Java 2 SDK version 1.4.2 installed. This can be downloaded from Sun.
- Get the software from the Download page
- After you downloaded the .jar file, type java -jar <downloaded file name> in the directory you saved the downloaded file (e.g. java -jar optimalj-3-0-pe-setup.jar) and follow the installation instructions.
